20 min performance, short story.
Each seat along the table is accompanied with a wine glass and a short story inside of a menu tri-fold. I perform proper wine service until the room finishes reading. Everyone is poured a taste, then a full glass. Throughout the performance I ensure everyone’s glass is filled to proportion consistent with the steps of service.
